Today,I am going to share a memory from boxing day(26th December) 2015.
This day was one of the best days of my life,as I got to meet several international celebrities-in wax at least.
I always turn out to be very unlucky when it comes to meeting celebrities in real life, there were times when they were in the same place as I was but still my vision never ever directed me towards them.
I managed to get pictures with most of the wax figures there, sadly I could only get a selfie with some of them because it was ultra crowded that day. When I returned home,I had to catch several stones that were thrown at me when I didn’t take a picture with the King of Pop-Michael Jackson. But what to do ?His wax figure was as worshiped as he was.
If you’re visiting Singapore, you would definitely include Sentosa Island as one of the priorities in your itinerary.
Madame Tussauds is located in Sentosa so don’t forget to drop in.
The timings are:
10 am-7:30 pm(weekdays)
10 am-9 pm(weekends and public holidays)
Cost per person:
29 Singapore $-per adult(13+ years)
19 Singapore $-per child(below 13 years)
I am not converting into Indian money here because the foreign exchange rate varies.Okay, let’s not talk economics now moving on to the post.
This is one of the very few times I was left speechless hence I am going to let the pictures do all the talking for this post.
But before that.
DISCLAIMER:I visited JUST 2 months after this branch opened, hence the number of wax figures in the museum now are much more than what you see in this blog post.
I also had pictures clicked with the wax figures of Sachin Tendulkar,Amitabh Bachan,Aishwarya Rai,Serena Williams,Elton John,Elvis Presley,Madonna and Abba which I was unable to retrieve. If I manage to retrieve them I shall share them on my instagram and twitter account. If you would like to check them out follow me on instagram (misstalkingfeet_traveller) and twitter (miss talking feet).
I feel these pictures didn’t need to be captioned as they do the talking themselves.
